In this book are my portraits of the people who, for better or worse, impacted culture between 1985-1995. The look - or, using a word my mentor, Lisette Model, derided, 'style' - developed organically in the zeitgeist of that time and place.

They were all shot with a 35mm lens on a Leica using Tri-X film and printed by me on Agfa 5 paper. For the book the images were scanned and, when I couldn't resist, were manipulated by me in photoshop.
